Order Delivery
We deliver our orders through our assigned Delivery Partners by road. Our Shipments are restricted to India geography only.
Time Taken for delivery
We deliver your order within 4-5 working days post-dispatch in key Metro Cities (eg: New Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 6-7 business days post dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations considering geographical constraints may take up to 7 business days or longer.
Track Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an e-mail notification & SMS with a link to track your order.
In case of Dispute:
If the order is showing delivered but you have not received it physically, then you should raise the issue/ delivery dispute to our customer care at https://yugibaba.com/ (Expected Response in 24 – 48 hours)or call us +91 82857 17370 (Mon-Sat 10 am to 6 pm)
