Cancellation By YUGIBABA Nutrition
YUGIBABA Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspicious transactions, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded within a reasonable time.
Cancellation By Customer
Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges. If the order is cancelled after shipment, shipping and return freight charges may also be deducted from the refund amount.
Return & Replacement Policy
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, all products sold by YUGIBABA Nutrition are generally non-returnable.
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
1. Product received is damaged
2. Wrong product delivered
3. Missing or incomplete order received
4. Product received is expired
Conditions For Return Request
1. Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
2. Unboxing video is mandatory for all return/replacement claims
3. Product seal, label, and packaging must remain intact
4. Products should not be used, opened, or tampered with
Once the return request is received, YUGIBABA Nutrition reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approving the refund or replacement.
If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within a reasonable time.
Important Note
Please do not accept any package if it appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
